DAY 1 aRRIVAL
Transfer from Darwin Airport to your Hotel by private vehicle.
The hotel is perfectly positioned amongst the entertainment and dining hub of Darwin’s seafront promenade, and is surrounded by great shopping, pubs, as well as some of the most amazing restaurants and cafés in the NT.
A short stroll along the water will take you to the Bicentennial Park and Esplanade or the famous Stokes Hill Wharf, the Darwin Convention Centre and also to the CBD. Also on the hotel's doorstep is the splendour of the Darwin Waterfront Lagoon, which hosts a range of water sports and outdoor activities.
Day 2 katherine gorge, edith falls
Collect you pre boxed breakfast from reception and be ready to go nice and early with hotel pick up at 6.30am. Leaving Darwin, we make a short stop at the Adelaide River War Cemetery, a site dedicated to those killed in the air raids in Darwin in the 1940’s.
Katherine Gorge is a network of thirteen gorges carved from billion-year-old sandstone country by the Katherine River in Nitmiluk National Park. Continue to Edith Falls, where there is time for a refreshing swim in the paperbark and pandanas fringed waterhole beneath the falls (conditions permitting).
Stop for an included lunch.
DAY 2 KATHERINE GORGE, EDITH FALLS
After your included lunch, we join a 2 hour scenic cruise through Katherine Gorge in Nitmiluk National Park, with a chance to see freshwater crocodiles sunning themselves on the banks of the river and many interesting species of birdlife.
Enjoy a drive back through the township of Katherine, the hub of the region’s cattle and farming industries. Travel via Pine Creek, an historic gold mining town, to our evening stop where you may purchase dinner at Emerald Springs (own expense) before returning to Darwin at approximately 8:30pm.

Day 3 darwin dinner cruise
Today is at leisure to explore Darwin at your own leisure.
In the evening, make your own way to Dock 3, Stokes Hill Wharf to join the Charles Darwin Dinner Cruise. Boarding time is 5.30pm.
With beautiful views of the Top End city, this two and half hour cruise is the perfect way to experience the world-famous sunsets, followed by Darwin’s skyline lit up at night. During the cruise, you will enjoy a sumptuous, Territory- style buffet with fresh Australian seafood and local produce, served in air-conditioned surrounds.
Commentary along the way will be provided by an expert guide, giving you an insight into the Harbour’s history, cultural significance, and biodiversity. The Harbour is home to an abundance of wildlife and in the past, we have seen crocodiles, dolphins, turtles and dugongs.
Day 4 kakadu national park tour
Another early morning pick up 6.30am, don't forget to collect your boxed breakfast. Kakadu National Park is a timeless place – a landscape of exceptional beauty and diversity.
Travel across Adelaide River and Marrakai Plains and deep into Kakadu National Park. Visit the Warradjan Cultural Centre and view the informative displays depicting the traditions of the Aboriginal people in Kakadu; join a local guide for a cruise on the famous Yellow Water Billabong. Search for saltwater crocodiles and the colourful range of birdlife for which this region is renowned.
After a lunch stop at Nourlangie Rock, your guide will lead a walk to view ancient Aboriginal rock art, before returning to Darwin at approximately 7:30pm.

Day 5 departure
Enjoy a leisurely breakfast before being transferred to the airport for your flight back home.
